Based on the book Fascisme tranquille (Écosociété, 2025), this training helps organizations understand contemporary forms of authoritarianism and develop a critical perspective on their normalization in the public sphere. It shows that fascism is not only a historical phenomenon, but a political and cultural dynamic that can reappear in diffuse and normalized forms. By combining theoretical analysis and strategic thinking, it transforms this understanding into a lever for collective action to strengthen democratic culture and counter-powers. Participants learn to spot weak signals, analyze authoritarian narratives, and understand the role of political emotions in their dissemination.
