Julie Chateauvert works alongside grassroots groups—local associations, neighbourhood collectives, citizen initiatives, emerging or revitalizing non-profits and cooperatives—to support them as they develop their own ways of deciding, acting, and living together. There is no one-size-fits-all approach: she listens, experiments, and co-creates. Using simple tools, discussion forums, and brainstorming workshops, she helps teams discover or reclaim their power to act, clarify what connects them, and invent ways of working that embody justice, solidarity, and freedom.
